To better support our customers, we host weekly office hours to answer your questions about Sober Living App.

What are Customer Office Hours?

Customer Office Hours are open to Account Owners, Administrators, Ownership, or Management from current customers and those actively onboarding. These are group Zoom video meetings with other organizations in the community.

For the most productive experience, we encourage you to submit your product questions during registration. We also recommend gathering questions from your team members beforehand, as they won't be attending the session directly.

Onboarding Before Office Hours

Typical onboarding includes three meetings before office hours access:
